BOOK 2 is on its way!

After I published my first book I was contacted by a number of readers who wanted me to coach them to help them not only lose weight, but more importantly change their relationship with food.

Working so closely with these women has been an incredible experience and I’ve been blown away by how well my process has helped them and truly changed their life.

The programme I took them through helped them make simple changes to their diet and reduce their emotional dependence on food.

When you eat properly you have more energy, better focus, fewer cravings and of course, lose weight.

But when you lose your emotional dependence on food the changes are far greater. My clients developed an increased sense of self-worth and felt stronger and more in control of their lives. When stressful situations cropped up, they didn’t turn to wine and chocolate. Instead they faced up to the challenges, handled them more calmly and as a result created better outcomes. Their relationships, careers and family lives benefitted.

They stopped being people pleasers and suppressing their own emotions to keep the peace, and were able to set better boundaries for themselves and ask for help when they needed it. Their confidence soared and they felt so much more optimistic and ready to navigate the next phase of their lives.

My new book traces this process so readers can follow the same journey.

Creating a healthier lifestyle is life-changing and I want to raise awareness of the massive benefits of caring for yourself properly. Weight loss is only tiny part of the equation.
