Menopause Diet & Fitness - What’s Changing & What Works Now

At this stage of our lives our bodies are changing, and we need to know why. In this short video I explain how hormones affect our muscles and body fat and how we can adapt our diet and exercise routines to counter this. However, that's only part of the story. Stress plays a big role, as does the demands on women. If we want to create healthier habits we need to prioritise ourselves and fire up our motivation, by finding a purpose that is so much more powerful than dropping a few dress sizes.
